Veronica invites you to join her
for smoked salmon canapés
 and champagne at
Chalk Gallery
Sunday 6th November
2 – 4.30pm

Her new perpetual calendar will be available in the gallery

We’re delighted that our “Cow Lady” has been horsing around with bold drawings in ink and charcoal.

Veronica is gaining a solid reputation for her cow drawings and paintings. Living next to an organic dairy farm and seeing the herd every day drives her to capture the cows’ characters and their relationships with each other.

Her work is confident and accomplished, and the skills she has developed for her cows translate seamlessly into these brand new studies of horses, especially for Chalk Gallery.

veronica-prancing-horseShe says “I recently gained huge enjoyment from a Gestural Drawing course with Katie Sollahub at the Seawhite Studio.

Back in my own studio, I found some photos of horses that I took a while ago. Inspired by the horse’s movement, I felt an urge to draw and so……….. there will be two large horse drawings in the Chalk Gallery window”.

This large cow drawing will be inside the gallery as well as an enticing selection of her highly collectable giclee cow prints.

Chalk Gallery is open 7 days a week 10am – 5pm. There will always be one of the artists in the gallery to give you a warm welcome.
